Carys and Emily | Lifestyle Session | Kapolei, HI

Sweet little Carys is one stylin' baby. With those red boots, no one will mess with her. I spent the day with the McCown girls. Emily decorated a room perfect for her little girl: animal print carpet, bright pink accents and a cute reading corner. Carys was loving having photos taken of her that she knew she wanted to play dress up. After mom picked out a tiny fairy costume, she was ready to run around and show me her moves.

Baby Jones | Maternity Session | North Shore, HI

Baby Jones is expected to make his debut in July! I met Sarah when she started to manage my crazy mop of a head. It has been a few months that I have been going to her and we had become friends. I made an appointment with her in early December where I had just gotten the news that my best friend back home was pregnant and our other good friends were two weeks ahead of our best friend. The first thing Sarah tells me when I see her is that she's pregnant... and her due date is smack dab in between our other friends. I basically jumped at the news... good things always come in threes! Let's skip ahead to maternity portraits, Sarah explained to me that her and her husband wanted to be their nerdy selves. Being a nerd myself, I knew this session was going to be fun.

Baby Keeth | Maternity Mini Session | Haleiwa, HI

The Keeths are expecting their little man early in July. These parents are quite the busy pair, so when scheduling their shoot, we decided to take advantage of our husbands' company picnic. Being that it was in the middle of the day, we spotted a nice shady spot that had the perfect banyan tree for some vine swinging. Sadly, mama Keeth sat out for that endeavor, but we were able to capture some priceless photos.

Myla Blue came to Oahu to visit cousin Ruby Sue all the way from Corvallis, OR. They are eleven days apart, and even though they don't know it, they are going to be the best of friends.
